This will be an interactive session where attendees will have the opportunity to ask the panel experts questions about performing a successful career search. The session’s take-aways will include:

About the Presenters

Greta Suda, Assistant General Manager, Jobing Community

Greta Suda spearheads Jobing.com’s Phoenix community relations & community videography departments. In this role, she leads a team who is responsible for the organization’s “grass roots” marketing efforts that enable Jobing.com to build and maintain their brand images; generate Web site traffic, leads and revenue that directly boost bottom-line results; and establish market awareness and credibility. She and her team play a major role in the Jobing.com Foundation which focuses on activities that help educate and develop our community’s future workforce.

Outside of work, Ms. Suda is an active volunteer for the Diversity Leadership Alliance and the Maricopa Workforce Investment Board. She is also a member of SHRM.

Ken Arnold, Director, Talent Acquisition & HR Operations – Avnet

Mr. Arnold is responsible for Avnet’s talent acquisition strategy that enables Avnet to attract, develop and engage the best employees, process and system improvements to achieve enhanced customer service and overall operational efficiencies, and other organizational development initiatives that promote employee engagement. Most notably, Ken manages Avnet’s global employee survey process which connects employees around the world to make Avnet an even better place to work. Before taking on Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations, he was Director of Information Technology for the corporate services group.

Mr. Arnold’s career includes more than 15 years of experience in human resources, operations and technology in banking and information management. He holds bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Economics from Tougaloo University.

Pamela Ehlers, Associate Director, Career Advising and Education - Thunderbird School of Global Management

Previously a career consultant in both private practice and with Right Management, Pam joined Thunderbird School of Global Management as part of the Career Management Center in 2007. She currently works across all graduate business programs, providing career management coaching to professionals in the Executive MBA cohorts and distance learning programs as well as students in the full time programs. Pam also instructs career management seminars and workshops, and partners with the Executive MBA team to provide relevant programming. In addition, she is the Thunderbird Global HRM Association advisor.
